Now I’m gonna talk to you about the one wich is probably my favourite band right now, is this precise moment of my life. First you have to know I have a weakness for English music, bands, clothes, women, etc, I’, something like a UK fan even when I haven’t been there never. Ok now, after this, their name is Foals, you probably already know them, doesn´t matter. They have two albums so far, the first one, “Antidotes” [2008] gave them world success, from this you could hear any track, the singles were “Balloons”, “Cassius”, “Red Socks Pugie” and “Olympic Airways”, you can also hear “Two Steps, Twice” wich I personally love. Their second album, called “Total Life Forever” [2010], was a long awaited one and brought a clearly defined musical style for the band. SIngles from this one are “This Orient”, “Miami”, “Blue Blood” and, the one I consider my favourite song in all my iTunes, “Spanish Sahara”, also I like a lot “Black Gold” and “Alabaster”. Also they have some songs before their first album, like “Hummer” or “Mathletics”, wich are contained in the special edition of “Antidotes” with 2 CDs. So, people say this band plays Indie rock, I seriously doubt it, I’m sure their style is far away from this. For what a friends who watch them last year at Coachella told me, they are perfect on stage, perfect sound, perfect show a great frontman, pure party on stage. I haven’t seen them yet, the time they played here in Mexico I wasn’t able to go, so sad isn’t it? Anyway, there it is, my favourite band and my favourite song.
